Farm RushThe farm is one long strip of areas. The egg farm is in the middle; you buy land outward with a LAND tile once its requirements are met.

SERVICES (west of the oil press) is open from the start: carpenters, electricians, vets, the pharmacy, plumbers, appliance repair and the security office are built there.
Every bought area opens with a grand opening (confetti and a small cash gift) and its own checklist in GOALS > AREA.
The final goal is the FARM TYCOON tile in the egg farm: $8,000,000, unlocked once Burgers and the Steakhouse are both at LV3. Buying it wins the game ('You built the whole farm!').
